Privacy Policy

When you send a stay inquiry, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred property and dates, and any message you choose to include. The optional offers signup asks for contact details and your consent to receive updates. Please do not include sensitive personal information in an inquiry.

We use inquiry details to respond, check availability and pricing, and communicate about a possible stay. If you opt in to offers, we may use your contact details to send those updates. Submitting an inquiry does not itself create a reservation or charge.
